Personnel policy
Our company’s policy is simple, it clearly states that our employees have ambition and interest in their work and that their work environment is reliable and creates opportunities for them to grow in their work. That the work environment is positive and encouraging, that the staff know their job well, that they receive the training necessary for each job, and that there is a spirit of service and initiative in their work. We emphasize that people know our goals and honesty since our vision lies primarily in these qualities, we want our work to be visible. ;”By their fruits we will know them” is said in a good place, but it is kind of our motto where procedures and initiatives in work are clear and distinct.
Policy regarding sexual violence of any kind and/or bullying issues:
We are clear and unequivocal about that; We respect ourselves and others and therefore want the working environment to provide safety and tolerance for each other. But bullying, prejudice or sexual harassment of any kind is not tolerated within Service Plus.

At our company, everyone is welcome to work, regardless of whether it is a woman or a man, regardless of gender, we do not discriminate against people for equally valuable work, here everyone is equal and therefore receives equal pay at work, we therefore work against the gender pay gap at Service Plus.
